Does Big Blue Bug offer free inspections near me?
Yes. We offer free pest inspections for homeowners throughout our New England service area. Our technicians will assess the full interior and exterior of your home, identify any active pest activity or entry points, and give you an honest recommendation for treatment.
There is no obligation to sign up for a service plan following an inspection. We believe homeowners deserve accurate information before making any decisions, so we do not push unnecessary treatments or upsell services that are not warranted by what we find.

Our Home Owner's Policy (HOP) covers the most common pests in New England homes, including carpenter ants, cockroaches, mice, rats, spiders, earwigs, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, and yellow jackets. The plan includes three preventative service visits per year and unlimited callback visits between scheduled appointments at no additional charge.
If a pest comes back between visits, we come back too. Our technicians wear blue gloves and shoe covers at every visit as part of our Blue Glove Service standard, keeping your home clean throughout the process.
